Job summary

Precision Pipeline Solutions, LLC is hiring a Flagger in the Maryland area. The position starts at $19/hour with a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:30 am–2:30 pm and overtime available. Training is paid and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match is offered.

The Flagger will guide traffic near construction sites, communicate with team members, and ensure safety and efficiency. Field travel within the PPS territory may be required.

Qualifications

• Flagger certified with at least 2 years of experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.
• Ability to operate a motorized vehicle safely.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic using hand signals and signs at construction sites.
• Coordinate with other flaggers via radios for two-way traffic into a single lane.
• Inform the crew of traffic issues affecting safety.
• Position warning and detour signs around work zones.
• Set up barricades and traffic cones to cordon off areas.
• Remove signs and cones after work completion.
• Travel to new locations across BGE territory as needed.
• Avoid using cell phones while on duty.
• Arrive on site on time as directed by the foreman.
• Stand for extended periods in varying conditions.
• Follow PPS safety standards and procedures.
