Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Flagger to ensure safe traffic management around work zones across our projects. You will set up and maintain signs, cones, and barricades according to MUTCD standards and coordinate with crews to keep traffic moving safely.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, communicate clearly, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Certification and reliability are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid Flagger certification (e.g., ATSSA, ANSI) preferred.
  • Previous experience in traffic control or construction flagging is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain temporary traffic control devices, including signs, cones, and barricades, according to MUTCD standards and company procedures.
  • Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic safely and efficiently around construction sites using hand signals and flag paddles.

Job Overview

Job Summary: As a Flagger with Primoris Services Corporation, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of construction crews and the public by directing traffic flow around work zones. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment on various Primoris projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic safely and efficiently around construction sites using hand signals and flag paddles.
  • Communicate effectively with construction crews, equipment operators, and other flaggers to coordinate traffic movements.
  • Monitor traffic patterns and anticipate potential hazards to prevent accidents.
