PBL Transport Corporation is seeking an operations professional to oversee site operations at BHEL Ranipet and support BHEL Trichy as needed. The role includes arranging market vehicles to match site needs and ensuring compliance with client procedures.

You will obtain quotations, negotiate with local vendors, and maintain meticulous vehicle and equipment records. Travel to project sites is required to keep operations running smoothly and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating site operations and logistics across multiple sites.
• Ability to negotiate with local vendors and manage quotations.
• Supervise drivers and site staff, ensuring attendance and tasks are allocated.

Responsabilités

• Primarily handle BHEL Ranipet site operations and support BHEL Trichy as required.
• Arrange Market vehicles as per site requirements.
• Obtain quotations and negotiate with local vendors/service providers.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle records and ensure compliance with BHEL/client site procedures.
• Manage gate pass creation and approval for employees, vehicles and equipment.
• Coordinate equipment entry/exit, vehicle movement and site documentation.
• Supervise drivers, operators and helpers, including attendance and work allocation.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and breakdowns with local technicians.
• Collect and certify vehicle logbooks and coordinate with Billing for timely submission.
• Coordinate with the reporting manager and communicate professionally via email and portals.
• Willingness to travel to BHEL Trichy and other project sites as required.

• Manage gate pass creation and approval for employees, vehicles and equipment.
• Coordinate equipment entry/exit, vehicle movement and site documentation.
• Supervise drivers, operators and helpers, including attendance and work allocation.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and breakdowns with local technicians.

• Coordinate with the reporting manager and communicate professionally through email and client/internal portals.
• Willingness to travel to BHEL Trichy and other project sites as required.

Preference:

• Prior experience in BHEL site operations, preferably BHEL Ranipet.
• Experience handling cranes, manlifts, trailers and axles.
• Knowledge of BHEL Trichy processes and gate pass procedures.
• Experience in traffic/vehicle arrangement and site coordination.
