Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join our team working with leading traffic management clients.

Duties include driving an IPV, setting up and maintaining sites in line with NHSS, delivering site briefings, reading CAD drawings, and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

Candidates must hold Lantra qualifications, be able to pass drugs and alcohol checks, have right to work in the UK, and hold a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management qualifications required.
• Ability to pass a drugs and alcohol check.
• Right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Drive an IPV and set up, maintain and remove traffic management sites per NHSS.
• Deliver site daily briefings and read CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act and RAMS.
• Complete risk assessments and daily vehicle checks; report defects.
• Work with the crew to meet high quality work plans and safety standards.

Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK, and due to an increase in work, we are recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• 12AB Traffic Management Foreman with IPV

Duties may include:

• Driving an IPV.
• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Deliver site daily briefings.
• Have a competent understating and implementation of ‘Raising The Bar’ document.
• Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site TSCO or Operation Managers.
• Work alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans.
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
• Complete Risk Assessments.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.
