Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Any level of experience in Traffic Engineering focus on State DOH/DOT projects.
• Strong knowledge of WVDOH design standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare traffic construction plans and specifications.
• Provide technical assistance to construction inspectors.
• Analyze traffic data for reporting and planning.
