Lochmueller Group seeks an experienced Traffic Engineer to join our transportation team in Columbus, Ohio. The qualified candidate will be a licensed PE with at least five years of traffic engineering experience and contribute to a growing practice serving public and private clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant traffic engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with traffic simulation and forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of traffic engineering projects.
• Prepare scopes, proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Perform traffic counts, LOS analyses and safety evaluations.
• Design traffic control devices and systems.
• Prepare technical memoranda, reports, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
