Traffic Engineer, Entry Level Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on a project team on all aspects of traffic engineering, including maintenance of traffic, signal designs, sign and marking designs, ITS, and studies.
• Coordinate project drawings using MicroStation and OpenRoads.
• Complete design tasks and produce high-quality plans, specifications, and estimate deliverables to create an exemplary client experience.
• Collaborate with engineering staff on technical challenges while adhering to task performance indicators, budgets, and schedules.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program required.
• EI/EIT certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 0-2 years of related traffic experience.
• Software experience with Microsoft Office, MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer (ORD) preferred.
• Experience with Synchro and/or HCS is a plus.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools.
