Job Description

Are you drawn to managing traffic flow to improve maneuverability within our communities? Consider an integral role within our Transportation group as an entry-level Engineer. The primary focus of this role will be on traffic.

Our talented Traffic team responds to communities' growing demands for managing increased traffic flow and creating safe routes for commuters. The specialized traffic team works within our Transportation group, providing private and public sector clients with solutions, and we provide our clients with the personal attention and service that has become our trademark.

The Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and work on interesting traffic-related projects in the following ways:

  • Perform traffic data collection using Miovision technology
  • Prepare traffic studies for various types of developments to evaluate the impact on the surrounding roadway infrastructure
  • Perform roadway capacity analyses and simulations using the latest traffic analysis software
  • Design new/rebuilt traffic signals using CAD software
  • Support clients and other Kleingers team members by providing traffic input on various design projects
  • Advance your knowledge through internal and external training

Qualifications

If you have the following qualifications, please apply for consideration:

  • BS in Civil Engineering
  • Two or more years of traffic experience (not required but preferred)
