Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 2–6 years of traffic/transportation engineering experience.
• FE exam passed and EI/EIT certification required.
• Experience with AutoCAD; Synchro and OSP Fiber preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform traffic studies and prepare design plans for transportation projects.
• Design traffic signals, roundabouts, pavement markings, and ITS elements.
• Evaluate safety and operational performance of transportation systems.
