Candidates should have a Bachelor's in civil engineering, a PE license, and 4+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency with Synchro, VISSIM, TransCAD, and Excel is valued, along with strong communication and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform traffic analyses using tools like Synchro, VISSIM, TransCAD.
• Conduct data and statistical analyses to support decisions.
• Develop and implement traffic signal timing plans.
• Provide recommendations for maintenance of traffic during construction.
• Collect traffic data via on-site methods or ATSPM and other sources.
• Conduct field observations of traffic conditions and control devices.
• Perform traffic studies (warrant, speed, pedestrian, etc.).
• Summarize and communicate data, processes, and results.
