Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Traffic Engineer to join a growing civil engineering firm in Newark, NJ. The role focuses on traffic analyses, roadway design, and DOT permitting, with client and project management responsibilities.

The candidate should hold a BS in Civil Engineering with 5–25 years of traffic/transportation experience and be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation; PTOE is preferred and U.S. citizenship or a Green Card is required.

Requirements:
