Qualifications

• Movement tracking and accurate documentation of product and material movements.
• Chassis inspection and documentation of findings.
• Ability to work overtime, Saturdays, and rotating shifts.
• Teamwork and independent work capability.
• Active participation in continuous improvement initiatives (PPS, 5S, Lean, TPM, Kaizen).

Responsibilities

• Document product and material movements to support daily operations.
• Inspect incoming chassis, verify measurements, document findings.
• Provide hands-on guidance and on-the-job training to teammates.
• Follow safety requirements and reinforce safe work practices.
• Step in across functional areas to keep work moving and support the team.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support department success.
