Watco in Houston, TX is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to manage cargo flow across rail operations, terminals, and logistics hubs. Starting pay is $22 per hour with flexible shifts and no fixed schedule.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining project schedules, establishing timelines, and coordinating the flow of tasks and resources to meet deadlines

• Serving as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors, facilitating communication and providing updates on project status
• Working with teams to ensure the necessary resources (materials, personnel, information) are available when and where needed

Job Summary

Starting Pay: $22 per hour

Location:14035 Industrial Rd., Houston, TX 77015

Schedule: This position does not have a fixed schedule. Must be flexible and available to work any of the following shifts as needed (occasional night shifts may also be required based on operational needs):

• 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
