Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Smartphone with internet access for timekeeping and communication to receive work schedule.
• Able to work in all weather conditions and tolerate varying climates of heat, cold, and rain.
• Pass a drug screen prior to employment and maintain a drug free status.
• Able to stand throughout shift; hand and arm movement required.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Setup, maintain, and remove temporary work zones including warning signs and traffic control devices according to ATSSA and DOT regulations.
• Direct traffic through work zones safely and efficiently.
• Complete and submit all necessary paperwork in a timely manner before leaving the last job site.
• Wear and maintain proper PPE in accordance with policy.
• Report safety concerns or vehicle problems to management.
• Coordinate with Field Supervisor and team on job requirements.
