Job summary

Directional Traffic LLC. is seeking a Flagger/Traffic Controller to assist in safely managing traffic at construction sites. The role requires candidates to set up and maintain work zones while ensuring safety regulations are followed. Successful applicants will possess strong communication skills and be capable of physical labor in varying weather conditions.

Prior to employment, candidates must pass a drug screening and maintain a drug-free status. Reliable transportation is essential, as employees will travel to various job sites throughout Pennsylvania and neighboring states.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Must have a smartphone with internet access.
• Be physically capable of performing all flagging duties.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones.
• Load and unload work zone equipment.
• Complete and submit all necessary paperwork.
• Wear and maintain proper PPE in accordance with policy.
• Maintain clean and orderly company vehicles.
