Traffic Management LLC is hiring for a Flagger/Traffic Controller position at a San Antonio area location, with shifts that may include nights and weekends. The role focuses on road closures, traffic safety, and equipment handling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license for 3 years and a clear motor vehicle record.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be available during business hours and able to work nights/weekends when on-call.
• Able to lift 50lbs and stand 6-12 hours per day.
• Decent communication skills; English proficiency required for safety coordination.
• Must pass drug test including THC testing.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Safety is our business! You will be responsible for road closures and the safety of those passing by.
• You will learn how to close off a road using cones/barricades and perform two-way flagging with a stop & slow sign.
• You will load trucks and deliver/pick up barricades, signs & Traffic Control equipment and complete reports.
