Job summary

Traffic Management LLC in York, PA is hiring an Experienced Flagger / Traffic Controller. Starting pay ranges from $17.75 to $19.75 per hour and includes weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

You will set up and maintain safe work zones, control traffic, load and deliver equipment, and complete reports. Must have a valid license, pass a drug test, and be able to work outdoors and long shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license for 2+ years.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long hours (6–12/day).
• English proficiency required for safety coordination.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass drug test including THC testing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe work zones using cones, signs and barricades.
• Perform two‑way flagging using stop/slow paddles.
• Control traffic flow to ensure public and worker safety.
• Load, deliver and retrieve traffic control equipment.
• Complete reports and perform related duties as needed.
