Job summary

Join Helix Traffic Solutions, LLC in Indiana as an on-site traffic control technician. You will install and maintain traffic control devices, signs, and safety equipment to protect workers and the traveling public across local roadways.

Based in Lafayette, Indiana, you will contribute to safe, efficient roadways while receiving on-the-job training and growing within a nationwide organization.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain traffic control devices on or adjacent to job sites.
• Set and maintain traffic control throughout project duration.
• Install signs by hoisting into place and fastening to frameworks.
• Read plans to locate posts and position signs.
• Perform signing work: delineators, pavement markings, detours.
• Service, maintain, and repair equipment and traffic control devices.
