Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Protector to join a field team at various outdoor sites. Training and certification are provided, with duties including setting up cones and signs, using stop/slow paddles to direct traffic, and upholding safety protocols.

Role requires standing or walking for long periods, ability to lift 40–50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights or weekends. On-site equipment and training are supplied; boots required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for long durations.
• Able to lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and varying weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality essential.
• Ability to pass pre‑hire screening, including a drug test.
• Be alert around moving traffic and follow safety rules.
• Treat coworkers, clients, and the public with respect.

Responsibilities

• Set up traffic control devices and signage.
• Direct traffic safely using stop/slow paddles and guidance.
• Support safety procedures and ensure equipment and vehicles are safe and clean.
