Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to support job-site traffic control. No prior experience or degree is required; comprehensive training and certification are provided, with safety as a core priority.

You will set up cones and signs, guide traffic with a stop/slow paddle, monitor activity, and maintain equipment outdoors year-round. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 40–50 pounds are required, with a flexible schedule and a focus on teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift 40–50 pounds, and work outdoors
• Willingness to work in traffic and changing weather
• Flexible schedule and punctuality
• Pass pre-hire screening, including drug testing
• Alertness around moving traffic and respectful conduct towards others

Responsibilities

• Setting up cones, signs, barricades, and removing traffic control equipment
• Using a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic and monitoring site activity
• Adhering to all safety protocols learned during training
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintaining vehicles and equipment in a clean and safe condition
• Working outdoors year-round in various weather conditions
