Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join our field team across multiple sites. You will set up and dismantle traffic control equipment, direct traffic with stop/slow paddles, and ensure safety at all times. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and varying weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Passing pre-hire screening, including a drug test, due to safety sensitivity.
• Commitment to safety rules and respectful interaction with coworkers, clients, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Set up cones, signs, and barricades, then dismantle traffic control equipment.
• Use stop/slow paddles to direct traffic and monitor site activity.
• Follow all safety protocols learned during training.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment cleanliness and safety.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, potentially for long hours.
