Job summary

FC Traffic Control in Odessa, TX invites hands-on technicians to join a dynamic outdoor operations team. This full-time role puts you on real job sites, setting up safe zones, directing traffic, and supporting crew leads to keep projects on track.

You’ll work in various weather conditions, operate hand and power tools, and contribute to building local infrastructure. You’ll be part of a collaborative crew, with a focus on safety, reliability, and practical, on-site problem solving.

Qualifications

• Flagger Certification preferred; if not, we will get you certified.
• Available nights and weekends when duty calls.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Be the Backbone: Assist crew leads with everything needed to keep projects on track.
• Gear Up the Zone: Set up cones, signs, and posts for safe work zones.
• Measure Like a Pro: Mark layouts with precision.
• Own the Tools: Prep, maintain, and handle tools like a boss.
• Site Setup & Cleanup: Dig, erect, organize, and tidy up.
• Hands-On Action: Use hand and power tools to tackle daily tasks.
• Control the Flow: Safely direct traffic and keep drivers and workers out of harm’s way.
• Roll Out in Style: Hit the road in company vehicles and take calls like a field-ready problem solver.
