Integrity, an AWP Safety Company, is hiring a Traffic Control Technician to protect workers and the public in work zones. You will set up signs, cones, and channelizing devices, guide traffic with a stop/slow paddle, and ensure temporary traffic control plans are followed.
This is a full-time, safety-sensitive position in Washington state with shifts including nights and weekends. We provide PPE; you supply steel-toe boots; company offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow.

This position is considered a safety-sensitive position per WA Law.
As a Traffic Control Technician, this role will support and uphold AWP's core values and mission to protect our customers' people, businesses, and time. Controls movement of vehicular, pedestrian, and bicycle traffic through work zones using hand signals with a STOP/SLOW Paddle. Reviews, comprehends, and executes temporary traffic control plans and/or standards to ensure work zones are properly installed and maintained. Coordinates and communicates with customers to ensure the safety of all workers.
