Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record is required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace is required.
• Strong work ethic, communication skills, and positive attitude are essential.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and 10+ hour days.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform regular physical tasks: standing, walking on sites, bending, kneeling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Implement traffic control measures to protect the public and team members.
• Set up and dismantle lane closures and other traffic control equipment.
• Safely load, unload, and transport signs, cones, and barricades.
• Direct traffic around construction sites using flagging and signaling.
• Perform routine safety and maintenance checks on equipment and tools.
• Keep the worksite clean and organized and dispose of debris and materials.
• Complete all job-related paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with coworkers to maintain a secure and efficient work zone.
• Monitor job site conditions and adjust traffic control strategies as needed.
