Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily traffic control crews with advanced knowledge of traffic control.
• Ensure safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company policies are followed.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to crew members.
• Mentor and train new hires in traffic control and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate timesheets, work tickets, and job documentation daily.
• Operate MOT and TMA vehicles on job sites to protect workers.
• Setup, monitor, and remove traffic control devices and signs as needed.
• Travel to various job sites; occasional overnight stays.
