Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of traffic control directing traffic and pedestrians.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Must pass background and motor vehicle report (MVR) check.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct and manage vehicle and pedestrian traffic in designated areas across the City of Burbank.
• Develop, coordinate, and maintain traffic control officer shift schedules based on City assignments and operational needs.
• Design and deliver traffic control training programs to ensure staff are properly trained and compliant with safety standards.
• Perform duties independently or collaboratively as part of a team, reporting to a designated supervisor.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and instructions to effectively carry out job responsibilities.
