Job summary

AWP Safety, Inc in Frederick, CO, invites motivated individuals to join the Apprenticeship - Traffic Control Supervisor. You will supervise flaggers, perform traffic control duties, and help ensure safety in work zones. No college degree required.

The program includes a 6-week paid training, on-the-job coaching for 2 years, and opportunities for advancement. Candidates must be 18+, have a clean driving record, and be able to lift 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Possess safe driving habits.
• Able to lift and carry at least 75 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Flaggers and ensure standards are met.
• Perform traffic control and flagging duties as needed.
• Place signs, barricades, cones and other warning devices.
• Implement and adjust Traffic Control Plans in the field.
• Maintain a safe work area on highways and roads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
