Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial Construction company, is seeking a Foreman-level Supervisor to support traffic control operations on heavy civil projects in Texas. You will assist skilled craft workers and oversee traffic control devices to help ensure safety and efficiency on site.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining devices, directing truck movements, lifting materials, and adhering to safety policies. Prior traffic control experience is preferred; teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Fabricates, erects and maintains temporary traffic control devices.
• Operate a truck during traffic control operations.
• Lift, carry and hold construction materials, tools and supplies.
• Follow safety policies and procedures as described in the safety manual.
• Education: less than High School Diploma.
• Experience: 1-2 years related traffic control experience preferred.
