Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a Foreman/Leader for heavy civil and roadwork projects in the United States. The role involves assisting the foreman with traffic control, road striping, signage fabrication and installation, and coordinating tasks on busy construction sites.

Candidates should be prepared for outdoor work and heavy physical activity. Applicants with 1–2 years of traffic control experience and the ability to lead a crew while adhering to safety policies will fit best.

Qualifications

• Adherence to safety policies and procedures on site.
• Ability to work effectively in a team to meet project goals.
• Demonstrated leadership to supervise and guide other workers.
• Experience with traffic control, signs and pavement marking is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist foreman in traffic control tasks and sign installation.
• Lift and move construction materials and tools as needed.
• Support concrete, asphalt, and other material pouring and spreading activities.
• Direct laborers and coordinate tasks to maintain project progress.
• Operate hand and power tools and ensure work area is safe and clean.
