Job Title: Traffic Control/Foreman Flaggers

Looking for an opportunity to make a difference? We’re seeking Traffic Control/Foreman Flaggers (based in Florence, SC) to join our team and help connect America.

Position Overview: As a Foreman Flagger at Ansco, you’ll ensure safe travel in active worksite areas by assisting with traffic control and flagging duties.

Responsibilities:

• Control traffic at complex worksites using hand signs and paddles
• Prepare flags, cones, signs, and markers
• Perform general construction tasks under supervision
• Train other flaggers as needed
• Drive safely, adhering to company safe driving policies
• Follow local, state, and federal DOT guidelines
• Maintain all company vehicles and equipment
• Work in all weather conditions
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Valid State driver’s license with a clean driving record
• At least one year of flagging experience

Physical Abilities & Exposures:

• Work alone in remote locations, operate vehicles, and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting between 10-55 pounds, and fine motor skills
