Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a reliable Flagger to ensure safe travel around active worksites by directing traffic with hand signs and paddles. You’ll prepare flags, cones, signs and markers and assist with general construction tasks as directed.

Must be 18+, authorized to work in the United States, possess a High School Diploma or GED, and hold a valid state driver’s license with a good driving record. Weather can be challenging; training and safety are prioritized.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 with authorization to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Control traffic in and around active worksites with hand signs and paddles.
• Prepare flags, cones, signs and markers.
• Perform general construction work under direction of Foreman or Supervisor as needed.
• Drive safely and follow company safe driving policies.
• Follow local, state and federal DOT guidelines.
• Clean and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
