You will work outdoors, stand 8–12 hours, and collaborate with a team to protect workers and the public. No college degree required, with opportunities for rapid advancement and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• ATSSA Flagger Certification is required.
• Ability to stand 8–12 hours daily.
• Two years of outdoor labor experience.
• Willingness to work in varying weather and traffic conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to sites.
• Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Coordinate with team to ensure safety of everyone in and around the zone.
• Manage traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
• Drive to designated work zones with necessary equipment.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle/equipment inspections.
• Set up barricades, cones and signage for safe work environments.
