The position is full-time with a salary range of $13–$15 per hour; must obtain Flagger Certification and pass required

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Current Flagger Certification required prior to working independently on site.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on assignment; pre-employment drug screen may apply.

Aufgaben

• Direct and control the flow of vehicular, pedestrian, and equipment traffic at construction sites and work zones.
• Set up, maintain, and remove temporary traffic control devices in accordance with TCP, TMUTCD, and safety standards.
• Inspect devices for visibility and condition; report or correct faults promptly.
• Communicate clearly with equipment operators, crew, and motorists to maintain safe traffic patterns.
• Follow OSHA, TxDOT, and MUTCD guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of work zones and load/unload equipment as needed.
