Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and passing background check (including motor vehicle records).
• DOT drug test must be passed; familiarity with DOT requirements.
• ATSSA Flagger training and Defensive Driver training are required or company-sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Set up traffic control devices (signs, cones, barricades) at work zones.
• Direct traffic flow using stop/slow paddles and signals.
• Communicate clearly with team via two-way radios.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; capable of lifting 50+ lbs.
• Travel statewide; operate company vehicles to transport equipment.
