Site Barricades in Fort Worth, TX is hiring for a Traffic Control Flagger / Barricade Setter on a full-time basis. The role supports field operations, sets up and retrieves barricades, and flags traffic on projects in the Fort Worth area.

Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-minded, with the ability to work outdoors, stand for long shifts, and pass drug screenings. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 0 to 6 months of experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assists Field Supervisors in job setups and pickups.
• Assists as a flagger on Flagging projects.
• Assists in the cleanup of the Yard and Warehouse.
• Able to follow instructions and directions.
• Able to communicate effectively with the Supervisor.
• Able to work with basic tools (screwdriver, hammer, wrench, drill).
• Show up to work on time and ready.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Full time, $16.50/hour
