Flagger Force Traffic Control Services in Harrisburg, PA is hiring Traffic Control Flagger (Crew Members) to safely guide traffic in active work zones and assist with setup and maintenance of traffic control areas.

Ideal candidates are able to stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors. Advancement to Crew Leader roles is available in 30–60 days, with paid training and benefits offered.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements.
• Availability Monday-Friday (as early as 6AM - late afternoon).
• Physical endurance - Ability to stand for 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles per day, lift up to 30-50 lbs, and work outdoors in various conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles and are at least 6" in height.
• Approved two‑way radios.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands‑on experience in the traffic control industry.
