Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Work with team members to ensure safety.
• Manage traffic flow using stop/slow paddles.
• Provide excellent service and safety to clients.
• Receive ongoing training and support, with opportunities for advancement from entry-level to long-term careers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic environments.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests, as this is a safety-sensitive role.
