Traffic Control Flagger - Wright

Join us as a Traffic Control Flagger at Wright, a family-owned business with over 40 years of commitment to employees and customers. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises based on performance. No experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips, following ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment.
3. Safely operate the company vehicle to and from job sites.
4. Complete paperwork promptly.
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE as per Wright policies.
6. Read and understand Wright safety manual and employee handbook.
7. Report to a Field Supervisor and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable communication for work schedules.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and tolerate heat, cold, and rain.
• Pass a drug screening prior to employment and remain drug-free.
• Ability to stand throughout shifts, with hand and arm movements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform flagging duties.
