Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain safe work zones using proper equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safety.
• Manage traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles.
• Provide excellent service and protection to clients.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic environments.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests, as this is a safety-sensitive role.

Additional Information

• Competitive pay: $16.89 to $17.72/hour, with overtime and guaranteed increases within the first year.
• Opportunities for rapid advancement, potentially to Senior Protector in 4 months, with further growth to Lead Protector, Supervisor, or Manager roles.
