Looking for a job with promotion opportunities? We offer on-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises for time earned! No experience necessary for this entry-level position. Responsibilities:

• Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips according to ATSSA and DOT regulations.
• Load and unload work zone equipment to and from the company vehicle.
• Drive the company vehicle safely to and from job sites.
• Complete all required paperwork promptly.
• Wear and maintain proper PPE as per Wright policies.
• Read and understand the Wright safety manual and employee handbook.
• Report directly to a Field Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable communication for work scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screening prior to employment and stay drug-free.
• Able to stand throughout the shift; manual hand and arm movements required.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and performing flagging duties physically.
