Responsibilities include:

• Setting up, maintaining, and removing temporary work zones according to ATSSA and DOT regulations.
• Loading and unloading work zone equipment.
• Driving company vehicles safely.
• Completing paperwork promptly.
• Wearing and maintaining PPE as per Wright policies.
• Reading and understanding safety manuals and employee handbook.
• Reporting to a Field Supervisor and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Reliable communication and ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screen and maintain a drug-free status.
• Ability to stand for entire shift, lift 50 pounds, and perform flagging duties.
