Your duties include guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, monitoring site activity, and maintaining safety protocols. No experience or degree required; comprehensive training and safety gear are provided. You will work outdoors in various weather conditions, standing or walking for extended periods, and may need to lift up to 50 pounds. A valid driver’s license, ability to work safely around traffic, and a flexible schedule are essential.
