Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Burley, Idaho is seeking a Traffic Control Flagger to join our safety-focused team. You will establish and maintain safe work zones, direct traffic with stop/slow paddles, and protect workers and the public.

This role offers an hourly wage with overtime and opportunities for rapid advancement, plus on-the-job training and benefits. Valid driver’s license, endurance for long shifts, and ability to work in all weather are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to stand 8–12 hours and lift 50–60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in all weather and traffic conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests.
• Experience driving preferred.
