Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join a field team responsible for traffic control at job sites. No experience or degree is required, as comprehensive training and support are provided.

You will set up and remove cones, signs, barricades, and equipment, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, follow safety protocols, and work outdoors in varying weather and shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
• Able to lift 40–50 pounds.
• Pass pre-employment screening, including a drug test.
• Flexible, punctual, and alert around traffic.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.

• Standing or walking up to 12 hours per shift

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
