Job summary

AWP Safety is hiring a Protector to support traffic management at job sites. No experience or degree required; training provided. You will set up cones, signs, and barricades, guide traffic with a stop/slow paddle, and follow safety rules daily.

Expect outdoor work all year, weather permitting, with on-site equipment and safety gear supplied. Some shifts may occur nights, weekends, or emergencies; boots are your responsibility to bring.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to stand, walk, and work outside for long periods.
• Able to lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willing to work in traffic and changing weather.
• Flexible schedule; Show up on time, every shift.
• Must pass pre-hire screening, including a drug test (safety sensitive job).
• Stay alert around moving traffic and follow all safety rules all the time.
• Treat coworkers, clients, and the public with respect.

• Pay:$16.25–$17.00 per hour
