Job Title: Traffic Control Flagging Labor

Join our team as a Traffic Control Flagging Labor and enjoy opportunities for advancement, on-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises. No experience necessary for this entry-level position, starting at $15/hr. We prioritize safety and are committed to our employees' growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips, following ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment.
3. Drive company vehicles safely to and from job sites.
4. Complete all required paperwork promptly.
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE as per company policy.
6. Read and understand safety manuals and employee handbook.
7. Report to a Field Supervisor and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable communication for work scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and tolerate heat, cold, and rain.
• Pass a drug screening prior to employment and remain drug-free.
• Ability to stand throughout shifts, perform hand and arm movements, and lift up to 50 pounds.
