Role Description: As a Traffic Control Flagger, your main responsibilities include:

• Establishing and maintaining safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure safety for all.
• Managing traffic flow using stop/slow paddles effectively.
• Providing excellent service and protection to our clients.
• Participating in ongoing training to advance from an entry-level position to long-term career roles.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic environments.
• Experience driving preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests.
