Job Description

As a Traffic Control Flagger, your key responsibilities include:

• Establishing and maintaining safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure safety.
• Managing traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
• Providing excellent service and protection to clients.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
• Driving experience.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests, as this is a safety-sensitive role.

• Competitive pay: $17.50-$18.25/hour, overtime, and guaranteed increases within the first year.
• Rapid advancement: Potential to become a Senior Protector in 4 months and further growth to Lead Protector, Supervisor, or Manager roles.
