Job Overview

Wright, a family-owned and operated business for over 40 years, is seeking entry-level Traffic Control Flaggers. No experience necessary. Starting at $14.00/hour, with opportunities for raises, promotion, and benefits.

Responsibilities

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips per ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment.
3. Drive company vehicles safely to and from job sites.
4. Complete paperwork promptly.
5. Wear and maintain PPE according to Wright policies.
6. Read and understand safety manuals and employee handbook.
7. Report to a Field Supervisor and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable communication for scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and tolerate heat, cold, and rain.
• Pass a drug screening and maintain a drug-free status.
• Ability to stand for entire shifts, perform hand and arm movements, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform flagging duties.
