Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

1. Setting up safe work zones with proper equipment
2. Driving, maintaining, and inspecting company vehicles, such as TMA trucks
3. Installing and replacing signs and Traffic Control Materials such as message boards, barricades, cones, barrels, etc.
4. Following safety guidelines and communicating with your crew to ensure everyone's safety
5. Directing traffic in or around work zones
6. Providing outstanding service and protection to customers

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Previous experience in outdoor labor settings preferred; e.g., Traffic Control, Landscaping, Manufacturing, Construction, Utilities, Military, or Skilled Operator
• Familiarity with client-based or weather-based schedules
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Steel-toed or composite-toed boots
• Comfortable standing 8-12 hours a day
• Ability to lift 50-60 lbs
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and in traffic
• Must pass pre-employment screening including a drug test, as this is a safety sensitive role
• Must pass ATSSA Certification Test on Day 1 of Training
